How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with credit card, PayPal, or choose cash on delivery.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. Once it’s been shipped, modifications may not be possible.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery within Edmonton. Orders over $50 qualify for free delivery.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Perishable items cannot be returned but we’ll work with you if there’s a quality issue.
How do I get a refund?
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
