Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. An order will be deemed delivered and completed once it is delivered to the address provided by the customer.

5.6 Perishable Items

Customers are responsible for inspecting and properly storing fresh, frozen, refrigerated, and other perishable items immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for issues arising from delayed handling, unattended delivery, or improper storage after delivery.

5.7 Right to Refuse Claims

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that is late, unsupported, unverifiable, inconsistent with delivery records, or otherwise not in accordance with this policy.
