Delivery Information

We offer delivery within Edmonton and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and location.

• Free Delivery — Available on qualifying orders within Edmonton
• Standard Delivery — Flat rate for orders within Edmonton and area
• In-Store Pickup — Free pickup at our store: Unit 105-17635-58 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y 4C4

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. An order will be deemed delivered and completed once it is delivered to the address provided.

Perishable Items

Customers are responsible for inspecting and properly storing fresh, frozen, refrigerated, and other perishable items immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for issues arising from delayed handling, unattended delivery, or improper storage after delivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All orders are final once delivered. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after delivery, except where an item is confirmed by us to be damaged, incorrect, or missing at the time of delivery.

Reporting Period

Any claim relating to a damaged, incorrect, or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be declined.

How to Submit a Claim

To review a claim, we may require the customer to provide:

• Order number
• Item details (name, quantity)
• Photographs of the damaged/incorrect item
• Any other information reasonably requested for verification

Resolution

Where a claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund, store credit, or replacement for the affected item only.

Right to Refuse Claims

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that is late, unsupported, unverifiable, inconsistent with delivery records, or otherwise not in accordance with this policy.
