By accessing and using the Dennis Africa and Caribbean Market website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. Orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, direct bank transfer, and cash on delivery. Payment must be received in full before order dispatch (except COD orders). All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

Delivery

We deliver within Edmonton and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Free delivery is available on orders over $50 within Edmonton city limits.
